It has no accounts, no ads, no in-app purchases, no analytics and no tracking.
Who we are
Rambo: Moon Code (“the game”) was created by Szymon Szymczyna and is published by
JiraSoft Group sp. z o.o. (“we”, “us”), ul. Księcia Witolda 49/15, 50-202 Wrocław, Poland,
entered in the Polish National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001109139, NIP 8982308518, REGON 528845042.
This policy explains what happens to your information when you play the game on an iPhone, an iPad or an
Android device.
What the game keeps on your device
To remember your progress, the game saves on your device which levels you have solved, your stars, the
programs you wrote and your settings (music and sound volume, game speed, code language and the game's language). This information
never leaves your device and we cannot see it. You can delete it at any time in Settings → Reset progress,
or by uninstalling the game.
What the game does not do
- It does not ask for your name, e-mail address, age, location, photos, contacts or any other personal information.
- It does not connect to the internet and does not send any data anywhere.
- It contains no advertising, no analytics or crash-reporting services and no other third-party services.
- It does not use advertising identifiers and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Children
The game is suitable for children. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not
collect personal information from children either. There are no ads, no purchases and no chat in the game.
The only link to a web page (this policy) is behind a parental gate.
App stores
The game is downloaded from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). They process information about
downloads under their own privacy policies. They may show us anonymous, combined statistics, for example the
number of downloads, or crash reports if you have agreed to share them. These statistics do not identify you.
If you write to us
If you contact us by e-mail, we use your e-mail address and your message only to answer you, and we delete
them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete them. You also have
the right to complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
Changes
If a new version of the game changes anything described here, we will update this page and the date at the top.

Nie ma w niej kont, reklam, zakupów w aplikacji, analityki ani śledzenia.
Kim jesteśmy. Grę Rambo: Moon Code („gra”) stworzył Szymon Szymczyna, a wydaje ją
JiraSoft Group sp. z o.o. („my”), ul. Księcia Witolda 49/15, 50-202 Wrocław, wpisana do
Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem KRS 0001109139, NIP 8982308518, REGON 528845042. Ta polityka wyjaśnia,
co dzieje się z Twoimi informacjami, gdy grasz na iPhonie, iPadzie lub urządzeniu z Androidem.
Co gra zapisuje na urządzeniu. Żeby pamiętać postępy, gra zapisuje na Twoim urządzeniu
rozwiązane poziomy, zdobyte gwiazdki, napisane programy i ustawienia (głośność muzyki i dźwięków, prędkość gry,
język kodu i język gry). Te informacje nigdy nie opuszczają urządzenia i nie mamy do nich dostępu. Możesz je usunąć
w każdej chwili w Ustawienia → Wyczyść postępy albo odinstalowując grę.
Czego gra nie robi. Nie prosi o imię, adres e-mail, wiek, lokalizację, zdjęcia, kontakty ani
inne dane osobowe. Nie łączy się z internetem i nigdzie nie wysyła danych. Nie zawiera reklam, analityki,
raportowania awarii ani innych usług firm trzecich. Nie używa identyfikatorów reklamowych i nie śledzi Cię
w innych aplikacjach ani na stronach internetowych.
Dzieci. Gra jest odpowiednia dla dzieci. Skoro nie zbieramy danych osobowych od nikogo, nie
zbieramy ich także od dzieci. W grze nie ma reklam, zakupów ani czatu. Jedyny odnośnik do strony internetowej
(tej polityki) jest zabezpieczony bramką dla rodziców.
Sklepy z aplikacjami. Grę pobiera się z App Store (Apple) lub Google Play (Google), które
przetwarzają informacje o pobraniach według własnych polityk prywatności. Mogą nam pokazywać anonimowe, zbiorcze
statystyki, np. liczbę pobrań albo raporty o awariach, jeśli zgodzisz się je udostępniać. Te statystyki nie
pozwalają Cię zidentyfikować.
Jeśli do nas napiszesz. Gdy kontaktujesz się z nami e-mailem, używamy Twojego adresu
i wiadomości wyłącznie po to, żeby odpowiedzieć, i usuwamy je, gdy nie są już potrzebne. W każdej chwili możesz
poprosić o ich pokazanie, poprawienie lub usunięcie. Masz też prawo złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony
Danych Osobowych (UODO).
Zmiany. Jeśli nowa wersja gry zmieni cokolwiek z tego, co tu opisano, zaktualizujemy tę
stronę i datę na górze.

Was das Spiel auf deinem Gerät speichert. Damit dein Fortschritt erhalten bleibt, speichert das
Spiel auf deinem Gerät, welche Level du gelöst hast, deine Sterne, deine Programme und deine Einstellungen
(Lautstärke von Musik und Soundeffekten, Spieltempo, Code-Sprache und Sprache des Spiels). Diese Informationen
verlassen dein Gerät nie, und wir können sie nicht sehen. Du kannst sie jederzeit unter

Kinder. Das Spiel ist für Kinder geeignet. Da wir von niemandem personenbezogene Daten
erheben, erheben wir auch keine von Kindern. Im Spiel gibt es keine Werbung, keine Käufe und keinen Chat. Der
einzige Link zu einer Webseite (diese Erklärung) ist durch eine Elternsperre geschützt.
App-Stores. Das Spiel wird aus dem App Store (Apple) oder von Google Play (Google)
heruntergeladen. Diese verarbeiten Informationen über Downloads nach ihren eigenen Datenschutzrichtlinien. Sie
können uns anonyme, zusammengefasste Statistiken zeigen, zum Beispiel die Zahl der Downloads oder
Absturzberichte, wenn du der Weitergabe zugestimmt hast. Diese Statistiken lassen keinen Rückschluss auf dich zu.
Wenn du uns schreibst. Wenn du uns per E-Mail kontaktierst, verwenden wir deine E-Mail-Adresse
und deine Nachricht nur, um dir zu antworten, und löschen sie, sobald sie nicht mehr gebraucht werden. Du kannst
jederzeit verlangen, dass wir sie dir zeigen, berichtigen oder löschen. Außerdem hast du das Recht, dich beim
