TenderIQ: tender search across 3,000+ sources with an AI bid plan

TenderIQ is our own product for Polish public tenders. It shows in production what we offer clients: data collected from many sources, search, matching, monitoring and AI that works on documents with a person in control.

Business challenge

Polish tenders are published in many places: e-Zamówienia (BZP), TED, private procurement platforms, Baza Konkurencyjności and the public bulletins (BIP) of individual authorities. One procedure is often split between them – the notice in one place, tender documents and Q&A in another. Companies check sources by hand, find tenders too late and read dozens of pages of documents before deciding whether to bid.

02

Scope of work

  • Collecting notices from 3,000+ sources into one search, with deduplication of the same procedure published in several places
  • Search in notice text, in tender documents (SWZ) or in both, with filters by region, CPV, deadline and publication date
  • Company profile (CPV codes, keywords, exclusions) checked against new notices several times a day, with the reason for each match
  • Morning e-mail with new matches, a “departures” board of closing deadlines and reminders 3 days before the deadline
  • AI bid plan from tender documents: requirements, deadlines and documents to prepare, as a starting point that the bidder verifies
  • Catalogue of who wins tenders and at what price, for competition analysis
03

Business value

  • One list instead of a dozen sources checked every morning
  • Tenders hidden in documents are found, not only those with a matching title
  • The go/no-go decision starts from a structured list of requirements
  • The AI result is a draft with responsibility left with the bidder – the pattern we use for clients

Delivery notes

What usually matters during this kind of implementation

Short project notes written without client names. They show the practical decisions that make the system easier to maintain, sell and scale.

AI as a draft, not a decision

The bid plan structures the documents, but every requirement has to be checked in the source. We design client AI features the same way.

Explain every match

Users trust automatic matching only when they see which CPV code or keyword triggered it, and can mark matches as right or wrong.

Sources change

Authorities move between platforms. Collection has to be monitored like any production integration, not set up once.

How this translates into delivery

From business process to maintainable software

The same approach is useful for Laravel platforms, B2B systems, DPPC workflows, ecommerce, CRM and API integrations: define the data, build the workflow, measure the result and improve it after launch.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you build a similar system for another industry?

Yes. Collecting data from many sources, search, matching to a profile, notifications and AI on documents can be applied to other markets, for example product data, regulations or supplier offers.

Does the AI replace reading the tender documents?

No. It shortens the start by structuring requirements and deadlines. Verification against the source documents stays with the bidder.

Where can I see the product?

TenderIQ is live at tenderiq.pl. Search is free; full monitoring and the AI bid plan are in the Pro plan.

Need a similar software direction?

Send a short context. We will map the first sensible step for the system, integration or landing page that should support business growth.
